How can counselling help?
Asking for help can be hard, but when you are struggling with something, support can often make things a whole lot easier to cope with. Counselling offers you the space to speak about what is on your mind privately and free from judgement.

Individual support for life's challenges
My services at a glance
I aim to support you during stressful times, help to strengthen your resources for coping with life's highs and lows and regain your emotional well-being. Below you will find an overview of my services. Together we will find the path that suits you.
Psychotherapy for
Adults & Adolescents
I am a fully qualified and registered counselling professional. I utilise my training, alongside years of psychotherapeutic counselling in the charity and education sectors as well as private paratice. I provide counselling for ages 14+
Online Therapy
My current method of working is online via videocall through Doxy.me, Teams or WhatsApp. I offer telephone and email counselling services if preferred.
Perfect for those who find it easier to express themselves through writing rather than speech. Email therapy allows you the time to reflect and describe your thoughts and feelings. This can also be great choice for those who lack a quiet, confidential space to talk.
Integrative Therapeutic Approach
I am an integrative therapist, allowing me to draw from multiple theories to inform my approach. I use attachment and narrative theories combined with a person centred approach, allowing me to consider the internal and external factors of your world whilst encouraging space for your individuality to flourish.
Pricing
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £50 per session.
Concessions are available for trainee counsellors, unemployed, pensioners and students.
Email counselling: £40 (1000 words)
Creative Expression
I am passionate about creativity and believe that creative expression is a great tool for you to get the most out of counselling, particularily when it feels as though words alone are not enough, or for those times where something is hard to describe.
Art, crafts, music, poetry, collections, pictures etc. are all welcome.
Free Initial Consultation
I offer a 20 minute initial consultation free of charge to allow us time to discuss how counselling can work for you and answer any questions you may have.
Resources
Coming soon: the website will be updated with resources relating to mental health, mindfulness, self care and wellbeing that you may find useful.
How it works
Email Therapy
- Contact to book a free initial consultation via phone, email or WhatsApp to agree frequency, time frames for responses and to ensure a counselling agreement is in place.
- I use an encrypted email address along with password protected email responses to ensure that confidentiality and security.
- Your email is recommended to be up to 1000 words in length, don't worry about spelling or grammar, just focus on what you want to say.

“Happiness cannot be pursued; it must ensue.”
